Whether you just want to be healthy or whether you have particular health or stress problems that you want to tackle then Qigong can help.
The form of Qigong that I teach is the Wild Goose (Kunlun Dayan) form of Qigong has been practiced in China for over 1800 years. Master Michael Tse brought this form over to the UK and started the Tse Qigong centre in 1990. Since then he has trained people all over the UK and also the rest of the world.
